Yes. We have reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard Marriott (see Travel tab). When booking, please let them know you are with the Scharp/Vokits Wedding Block. Please book your room no later than March 10, 2025.

Yes. A shuttle will be provided to take guests from the hotel to the wedding venue and back.

Formal

Yes. In addition to an open bar throughout the event, there will also be an elaborate cocktail hour before a formal dinner. Please come hungry!

With the one exception of our own children who will be in the wedding party, we kindly request this to be an adult-only wedding.

Please join us at the Courtyard Marriott after the end of our reception. There will be a cash bar open until 1:30 p.m.
